ATLAS Traffic Management Systems (ATLAS TMS) was formerly the DOT Service
Business of MasTec, Inc, a NYSE-traded company. The Company’s operations are
focused on three sectors: (i) Roadside Construction, including trenching,
boring and the installation of guardrails, lighting, signing, and interstate
structures, (ii) Traffic Management Systems including dynamic messaging signs
(DMS), vehicle detection systems, close circuit TV systems (CCTV) and traffic
management control centers, and (iii) Traffic Management IT Infrastructure
consisting of LAN/WAN networks, installation of fiber optic cable, and
computerized systems. ATLAS TMS is a premier specialty construction contractor
with operations in ten states. The Company’s customers are federal, state, and
local Departments of Transportation (DOTs) as well as other prime contractors
to DOTs for whom ATLAS TMS performs work as a subcontractor.
